Mozzarella Tomato Chicken

4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (cut in half to form thinner pieces, or use chicken tenderloins)
1 can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
1 tsp dried basil or 1 T fresh chopped basil
1/3 cup shredded mozzarella
Coat a non stick skillet with cooking spray. Saute the chicken on medium high heat for 5 minutes on each side or until browned. Transfer to an oiled baking dish. Combine the tomato soup with the basil (right in the can) and spoon on top of the chicken. Sprinkle with mozzarella.
Bake for 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink inside.
